Dr. Toni Galardi specializes in individuals and couples who are in major transition. She maintains a private practice in Mill Valley, Los Angeles, and works by SKYPE and phone with clients all over the world.

With over 20 years experience as a  licensed marriage and family therapist, a Ph.D. in psychology and organizational development and as a graduate of Chapman University, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are fear of change, mid life crisis, quarter life crisis,  existential depression, grief counseling, writers and artists blocks, and career counseling.

In addition to being a well known international expert on mastering change and transition, Dr. Galardi has presented at national conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of the neuroscience of change, career repurposing, starting over after 40, finding your life purpose before age 30, and turning LifeQuakes into transformational awakenings to a new life.

Dr. Toni (as she is called) is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques that address the whole system: body, mind, and spirit to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Dr. Toni is the author of The LifeQuake Phenomenon: How to Thrive in Times of Personal and Global Upheaval. She also has an advice column in Counselor Magazine called "Ask The LifeQuake Doctor"  and has been called on by Fox News and ABC for media commentary on helping people through personal transitions as well as national crises.
